About us 

My baking journey didn’t begin in a quiet kitchen — it began on the front lines.


During the COVID pandemic, while the world stayed home discovering sourdough and banana bread, I was working as an essential retail worker. The shelves were unpredictable, and the days were heavy in ways I didn’t always talk about.


I watched people on Facebook bake at home, and sometimes I’d buy their treats just to bring a little comfort into my own routine. That small joy made me wonder: Could I bake too?
One day, I tried. No big plan. No expectation. Just curiosity and a need for something gentle after so much intensity. My first bakes weren’t perfect, but they made me feel calm — grounded — in a way I hadn’t felt in months.


Baking slowly became my quiet refuge. A place where patience mattered more than pressure, and where something warm and good always came out of the oven, even on the hardest days.
That simple spark grew into a passion I couldn’t ignore. I enrolled in a Baking & Pastry certificate program, balancing school with work, learning one skill at a time. I completed my certificate, and now I’m continuing my Culinary Arts associate degree — still studying, still practicing, still growing.


My brand is built on humility, resilience, and heart. It’s a reminder that beautiful things can grow from difficult seasons, and that passion can come from the most unexpected places. Every pastry, every loaf, every dessert I make carries that story — a story of showing up, trying anyway, and finding something I love along the way.
